Parents Evening
PARENTS EVENING – ON-LINE BOOKING SYSTEM As appointments are limited, we would appreciate wherever possible just one appointment is booked per child. Under very exceptional circumstances parents may contact the school to request an additional meeting. To make a booking for the next Parents’ Evening please follow this link. You will then have to register your details by completing your name, email, and your child’s name and date of birth. You then press “log on and continue” from the bottom left hand corner of the form. You will now see the two parents’ evenings that you can choose to book an appointment. Use the large green tick at the right hand top corner adjacent to the date to enter into the booking area of the system. You now just choose a suitable time that is still available to book. If someone else has booked a slot this will be greyed out and listed as busy. You are also able to book for a sibling at the same time (please remember to leave a suitable gap between the appointments). When you have booked a slot you will get a confirmation email to the email address you logged on with and this will be a record for you of what time your appointment is. You can log back onto the site at any time to delete or amend your appointment. We are sure you will find the system very easy to use but if you have any problems then just contact the school office.
